Working in conjunction with Archer Architects, Bulgaro were appointed to undertake the design, manufacture and installation of the bespoke joinery elements for all communal areas of this Cat A extensive building refurbishment, together with the fitout for the first tenant.
A full laser survey of all of the stairwells and landings was required prior to producing our own manufacturing models for the fire rated Oak panelling with Rimex accents for the lift shaft to be clad throughout.
A curved slatted Oak feature wall and vertical Oak bannister together with a rounded White Carrara marble reception desk provide an understated and tranquil welcome into the building
All WC’s included full height Oak pivot doors and panelling to provide a seamless, premium look and feel.
